Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative within our Client's Fashion & Apparel Department. In this vibrant Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our latest fashion collections and apparel services.
Your fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be vital as you help clients navigate our products, respond to questions about order statuses, facilitate returns, and offer styling advice. As a key member of our team, you will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering outstanding service in the ever-evolving world of fashion.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in your Nordic language through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries about product details, fashion trends, sizes, and availability
- Handle order processing, returns, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with merchandising and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Gather customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and services
- Stay updated on fashion trends to provide informed recommendations to customers
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities and a keen eye for fashion
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or retail sector, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for fashion and helping customers express their personal style
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
