Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Logistics & Shipping Department - Full-time

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Logistics & Shipping Department! In this vital Junior role, you will be the primary contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, providing outstanding support regarding their shipping and logistics needs. Your language skills will be essential in delivering a smooth and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to shipping logistics, tracking orders, and managing deliveries
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide detailed information about shipping options, pricing, and timelines
• Gather and relay customer feedback for service improvement
• Participate in training to stay updated on services and logistics processes

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the logistics or shipping sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and logistics software is a plus
