Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a French Speaking Consultant for our Client's Online Ticketing & Event Services Department for one of our clients. This Entry Level position involves providing support to French-speaking clients as they navigate the ticketing process and manage their events, ensuring they achieve their attendance goals and deliver successful experiences.

Your role will include engaging with clients to understand their unique event needs, offering tailored advice and solutions, and assisting them every step of the way. With your fluent French communication skills, you will build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online ticketing and event services
• Guide clients through the event setup process and ticket sales optimization
• Provide training and support on platform features and effective marketing strategies
• Troubleshoot any issues clients face during the ticketing process
• Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and enhance service quality
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in ticketing and event management

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Basic understanding of online ticketing and event management principles is an advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not necessary
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential
• A genuine interest in event management and ticketing technology is highly desirable
