Italian Speaking Consultant for Online Ticketing & Event Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to welcome applications for an Italian Speaking Consultant for our Client's Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will assist Italian-speaking clients in navigating our ticketing solutions and event management services to ensure their events are successful and well-attended.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert support to clients throughout the ticketing process, guiding them from event setup to monitoring ticket sales. By using your communication skills in Italian, you will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive personalized service tailored to their specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients with inquiries regarding our online ticketing and event services
• Guide clients in setting up their events and optimizing ticket sales on our platform
• Provide training sessions on platform features and effective event promotion strategies
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that clients may face during ticketing
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and improve service quality
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations in ticketing and event management

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset
• Basic understanding of ticketing and event management concepts is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential
• A genuine interest in event management and ticketing solutions is highly desirable
