This busy, all-physician anesthesia practice at a 700-bed facility handles trauma, neuro, regional, and orthopedic cases

no OB or cardiac. Providers must be comfortable working a mix of 10-, 12-, 14-, and 16-hour shifts, with 10- and 12-hour shifts most common, though longer shifts may be required. No 24-hour shifts, but occasional 12-hour weekend call may be needed. The team includes 35 full-time and 10 part-time anesthesiologists, with no CRNAs. The practice is 100% hands-on, uses Epic EMR, and offers proctoring. Full-week coverage is preferred.
