Summary
Provides a continuum of Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of outcome-based Treatment, Leisure Education and Recreation Participation interventions for patients as ordered by the physician and / or designated by the Manager.
Requirements: Recreation Therapist, Hospital: Provides Physician Ordered, billable treatment to a diverse population including Acute Rehab, Chronic Care, Ventilator Dependent and Gero - Psych. CTRS with one year experience or internship in a Rehab / Hospital setting. Recreation Therapist, Long Term Care: CTRS or eligible with one year experience or internship in LTC. Experience with MDS and Care Planning process a plus
