We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and industrial painting, with a strong understanding of color theory and the ability to renovate and maintain various surfaces. As a Painter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of spaces while ensuring durability and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment.
• Renovate and maintain interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring they are properly treated for longevity.
• Collaborate with carpenters on trim carpentry projects to ensure seamless integration of painted surfaces.
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
• Execute remodeling projects by applying appropriate techniques and finishes based on project specifications.
• Utilize basic math skills to calculate paint quantities and coverage areas accurately.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are ready for use at all times.
