Drop what you are doing to help a guest./li liAnswer a guest question to the best of your ability. Get help if you do not know the answer./li liBe Knowledgeable/li liKnow our product; Accommodation Types, Amusement Park, and Water Park/li liKnow how SMS Host works and functions.
