Most importantly, we want you to have fun working at TNE!/span/p pstrongspanYou’ll focus on:/span/strong/p /div div ul lispanPerforms advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products/span/li lispanParticipates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge  /span/li lispanMentors Service Technician Trainees/span/li lispanConducts or supports customer clinics/span/li lispanMaintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products      /span/li lispanMaintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment/span/li lispanMaintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion/span/li lispanFollows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments/span/li lispanCompletes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments/span/li lispanAccounts for all time and all material used in performing assigned duties /span/li liForklift experience and license preferred./li lispanMust be able to work regular Service Department hours, and maintain reliable attendance/span/li /ul p /p pstrongspanWhat we are looking for:/span/strong/p /div ul lispanAssociates degree and 5+ years of experience performing service repairs/span/li lispanAbility to perform advanced repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures on machines of the Technician’s specialty/span/li lispanAdvanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment/span/li lispanExcellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes/span/li lispanAbility to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions/span/li lispanAdvanced Diesel Service Technician education preferred/span/li lispanMust be able to retain positive relationships with co-workers/span/li lispanValid driver’s license required/span/li liCandidates must have a valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship/li lispanNormal hours worked are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in our off season.
