Plus, we’ll have a hell of a lot of fun doing it too./p pstrongPURPOSE/strong/p pThe Busser is responsible for efficiently clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, while assisting food servers in all aspects of guest table service, maximizing table turns and maintaining restaurant flow. Pink Taco is looking for a FUN, FAIR, HONEST, HARDWORKING, UNPRETENTIOUS AND UNCOMPLICATED individual with a passion for creating an outstanding guest experience./p pstrongDUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/p ul liClear and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turn tables/li liMaintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper table set ups/li liMaintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas and side stations/li liWork as a team, assisting all guests’ and team members’ needs and inquiries/li liEnsure that all necessary stock is being replenished during the shift/li liRespond to guest concerns/complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints while maintaining a positive attitude escalating to management when necessary/li liClean and dry spills immediately upon occurrence; never leaving spills unattended/li liMove furniture as directed by management, including but not limited to: tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes, and equipment/li liEnsure that any breakage is reported and recorded/li liMaintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment/li liComplete opening/running/closing side work duties as assigned/li liAssist teammates with opening/running/closing side work duties upon request/li liAssists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned/li /ul pstrongQUALIFICATIONS SKILLS/strong/p ul liHigh School Diploma preferred/li liProof of eligibility to work in the United States/li li18+ years of age/li liPossession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards/li liMinimum of one (1) years related experience/li liProper lifting techniques/li liGuest relations/li liSanitation and safety/li liFull service restaurant operations/li liAbility to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public/li /ul pstrongCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS/strong/p ul liHourly Rate: $10.00 (+ Tips)/li liBenefits eligible for FT Employees/li liCompany Discounts/li liFun Work Culture/li /ul pstrongWORKING CONDITIONS/strong/p pemThe working conditions described below are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.
