He/she is responsible for responding immediately to all emergency situations at the community and is required to demonstrate the acts and principles of exemplary customer service to all internal and external customers at all times./p ul liResponds immediately to all emergency situations at the community. Practices proper First Responder protocols and life safety policies and procedures./li liAssists the Safety Assistant Director with random mock testing and training of staff to ensure emergency preparedness./li liAssists the Safety Assistant Director or designated management representative with daily door monitoring checks./li liConducts scheduled internal and external rounds./li liMaintains departmental emergency equipment and supplies to ensure proper functioning,/li liEnsures compliance with policies procedures and reports all discrepancies and unsafe conditions to the Safety Manager./li liDemonstrates the acts and principles of exemplary customer service to all internal and external customers at all times. Responds to and documents customer complaints in a professional manner./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liCurrent First Aid, CPR, AED, and EMT certification/li liAt least one year of EMT experience/li liPrevious employment within the medical response environment/li liEighteen years of age or older./li liHigh School Diploma or GED./li liAbility to speak, read, write and understand English/li /ul pstrongAbout La Costa Glen:/strong/p pLa Costa Glen is a resort-style retirement community located in beautiful North San Diego County, only two and a half miles from the Pacific.
