Our Expos average $18 to $25 per hour in tips making your total earning potential averaging $32/hr on average and up $39/hr/ppbr//ppThe best part? This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They collaborate with the kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure timely and accurate delivery to orders of guests. Because the Expo's interact directly with guests, it is important that they be friendly, upbeat, and able to communicate effectively.nbsp;/ppbr//ppbr//ppstrongKey duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliWork in a fast-paced, noisy environment/liliAssist with beverage preparation/liliCommunicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with coworkers, management, and guests/liliEnsure dishes meet presentation, accuracy and food quality standards before leaving the kitchen and delivering to guests/liliAddress discrepancies promptly with the appropriate staff member/liliGarnish plates according to company standards and guidelines/liliDeliver food orders to tables promptly, connecting with guests to ensure satisfaction/liliPackage to-go orders according to company standards and guidelines/liliRespond appropriately to guest requests and concerns, communicating them to servers or management as deemed appropriate/liliPrepare, stock and maintain sufficient levels of food and packaging products for smooth service/liliMaintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas during and after servicenbsp;/liliFollow verbal and written instructions from the management teamnbsp;/liliPerforms opening and closing duties, as needed, assisting with cleaning, stocking, etc/liliAssist in additional tasks and deep cleaning projects as directed by management/li/ulpRequirements/pulliExcellent communication and teamwork skills are essential/liliAbility to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 40 lbs several times a day/liliAbility to be standing for long periods of time/liliPrevious experience in a high volume restaurant setting is preferred/liliFlexibility to work in varying conditions/liliWeekend and holiday availability is required/liliAt least 16 years of age/liliAuthorized to work in the US/liliBilingual proficiency is preferred/liliKitchen staff are strongly encouraged to apply/li/ulpbr//p
