Resolve guest complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction./liliFollow Hotel policies with lost and found items./liliAdhere to Hotel requirements for guest and team member accidents or injuries and in emergency situations./liliContinuously promote sanitation, safety, and security efforts./liliEncourage Social Media/5-star compliments or reviews on OTA’s./liliKitchen Liaison: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of food orders./liliTimely Delivery: Carry food orders to the correct tables promptly, minimizing delays and ensuring hot food is served./liliCommunication: Maintain clear communication with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate the timing of food delivery./liliQuality Check: Conduct a visual check of each dish to ensure it meets quality standards and matches the customer's order./liliGuest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and addressing any concerns./liliAssistance to Servers: Support servers by delivering additional items such as condiments, utensils, or refill/liliCleanliness: Keep work areas, including serving stations and dining areas, clean and well-maintained./liliTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient operation./liliFollow Hotel policies with lost and found items./liliReport all accidents and breakages to the Manager in charge./liliMaintain knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards./liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements/ppstrongJob Requirements/strong/pulliMust be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit./liliMust be able to read, write, and speak English.
