Their role extends beyond the functional tasks of seating guests efficiently and processing transactions; they are instrumental in setting the tone for the dining experience with the right demeanor and attention to detail. Finding the right individual with the appropriate qualities is crucial to maintaining a healthy working environment and curating a genuine and positive connection with our guests./ppstrongKey duties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliGreet and seat guests, while managing the online seating wait list to determine dining flow/liliWelcome and thank guests, ensuring a positive dining experience/liliHandle guest check transactions, following proper cash handling procedures, processing gift cards and rewards program transactions/liliOperate the point of sale computer terminal/liliAnswer the restaurant phone and enter to-go food ordersnbsp;/liliRespond appropriately to guest requests and concerns, communicating them to servers or management as deemed appropriate/liliMaintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas during and after servicenbsp;/liliInspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes/liliFollow verbal and written instructions from the management teamnbsp;/liliCommunicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with coworkers, management, and guests/liliWork in a fast-paced, noisy environmentnbsp;/liliPerforms opening and closing duties, as needed, assisting with cleaning, stocking, etc/liliAssist in additional tasks and deep cleaning projects as directed by management/li/ulpbr//ppbr//ppbr//ppRequirements/pulliExcellent communication and teamwork skills/liliAbility to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 40 lbs several times a day/liliPrevious experience in a high volume restaurant setting is preferred/liliFlexibility to work in varying conditions/liliWeekend and holiday availability is required/liliAt least 16 years of age/liliAuthorized to work in the US/li/ulpbr//p
