Assistant Club Manager

pDescription/ppstrongJob Overview:/strong/ppThe key function of the Assistant Club Manager will be to help the Club Manager run the day to day operations of the club. The Assistant Club Manager will be an active participant of the team and will play a key part in creating a great place to work – and workout – for all Members, Guests, and team mates throughout the entire club./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliThis is a varied role, involved with everything from member experience to team development, you will support the Club Manager in the following:/liliDrive sales through successful tour execution and lead generation activity/liliExecute all initiatives that support the delivery of the Blink member experience/liliManage the staff on day to day performance/liliAssist in driving Personal Training revenue/liliInterview, hire, train and develop new staff members/liliThe Assistant Club Manager will be directly responsible for:/liliConduct weekly inventory, including retail, beverage, marketing collateral and maintenance supplies/liliPlace monthly supply orders and retail orders as needed via the Blink web portal/liliCreate Front Desk and Maintenance schedules/liliOrder drinks weekly/liliManage entire cash reconciliation and deposit process/liliReceive and adjust all retail inventory via club management software/liliComplete onboarding of all new associates/liliTeam Responsibilities:/liliFacilitate new Member sign up and Guest trial transactions/liliMaintain our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the Club/liliMaintain high visibility throughout the Club/liliEnsure the safety of Members, Guests and Team/liliWe take pride and have fun/li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliProven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting/liliMinimum one (1) year management/key holder/MOD experience in a customer service business/liliProven ability to direct and train team/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliPossess honesty and personal integrity/liliEnthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personable/liliPassionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry/liliCurrent CPR/AED certification/liliComputer literate on the Microsoft Suite/liliHardworking and diligent/liliExcellent time management, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills/li/ulpstrongCompensation amp; Benefits:/strong/pulliCareer Advancement opportunities/liliComplimentary Gym membership/liliPaid vacation time/liliFun working environment!/liliPay Transparency: Min $16.50 – Max $19.00/hr/li/ulpstrongAbout Blink Fitness (PureGym Group):/strong/ppThe PureGym Group is a leading gym operator headquartered in the UK, boasting over 600 locations and more than 2 million members worldwide.
