As astrongnbsp;Lead Preschool 1 Teachernbsp;/strongwith Crystalrsquo;s Cuddle Bugs Childcare Program, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children, guiding, and mentoring other staff members, and fostering a love of learning in our students./ppnbsp;/ppstrongKey Responsibilities fornbsp;Lead Preschool 1 Teachernbsp;with Crystalrsquo;s Cuddle Bugs Childcare Program:/strong/ppClassroom Leadership: Lead and manage a classroom of young learners ages 2-3, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for all children./ppCurriculum Development: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with our curriculum goals and encourage children#39;s social, emotional, and cognitive development./ppSupervision and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers and aides, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment./ppChild Assessment: Observe and assess children#39;s progress, identifying individual needs and developing strategies to support their growth./ppParent Communication: Establish strong partnerships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child#39;s progress and classroom activities./ppTeam Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other lead teachers and center administrators to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare program./ppClassroom Management: Implement effective classroom management techniques, promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution./ppSafety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and licensing requirements, maintaining a clean and secure environment for the children./ppnbsp;/ppstrongQualifications fornbsp;Lead Preschool 1 Teachernbsp;with Crystalrsquo;s Cuddle Bugs Childcare Program:/strong/ppBachelor#39;s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is strongly preferred./ppOR Associate#39;s degree or 28 credits in early childhood education or relevant fields, including art, psychology, sociology, teaching, etc., will also be considered./ppOR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential/pp2 years of experience working in an early childhood education setting is preferred but not required./ppStrong knowledge of child development theories, early childhood education principles, and best practices./ppDemonstrated ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children./ppExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and staff./ppPassionate about early childhood education and committed to the growth and development of young learners./ppAbility to motivate and inspire both staff and students to reach their full potential./ppnbsp;/ppstrongAdditional Information fornbsp;Lead Preschool 1 Teachernbsp;with Crystalrsquo;s Cuddle Bugs Childcare Program:/strong/ppCompensation for the Lead Teacher position ranges from $19.42-$21.91/hour, commensurate with experience in the industry and with Cuddle Bugs, and education./ppIf you are a dedicated and motivated early childhood educator with a passion for leading and inspiring others, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our team at Crystal#39;s Cuddle Bugs Childcare Program.
