The Participant Recruitment Agent will ensure all tasks performed are executed in compliance with study protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s./pp/ppbWhat You#39;ll Do Here/b/pullipEnsure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respected./p/lilipMaintain and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department./p/lilipReview and understand all assigned actively enrolling studies./p/lilipAnswer in-coming calls and internet applications/web-submission forms from clinical trial participants./p/lilipContact past/potential participants to provide upcoming clinical trial information and determine eligibility./p/lilipSchedule screening and/or other clinical trial related appointments./p/lilipUpdate participant management software with volunteer demographics and medical history./p/lilipMay confirm participant statuses and prepare/send check-in lists for clinical operations teams./p/lilipStrive to achieve study recruitment targets and departmental objectives./p/lilipProactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managers./p/li/ulp/ppbWhat You#39;ll Need to Succeed/b/pullipHigh School Diploma or GED required; college degree and related work experience preferred./p/lilipGood Communication (must be fluent in Chinese), customer service focused, able to work in fast-paced environment./p/li/ulp/ppspanbWhat We Offer/b/span/pdivpspanThe pay range estimated for this position is $20 - $22 hourly.
