Lubricants, greases, scales, and scale parts./span/p pspanstrongSource of Supervision: /strongAny plant supervisor/span/p pspanstrongDirection Exercised: /strongWorks alone and with minimum amount of direct supervision./span/p pspanstrongWorking Procedure:/strong/span/p ol lispanInstalls, adjusts, calibrates, troubleshoots, tests and repairs all electrical, electronic and instrument equipment and systems throughout the plant./span/li lispanReads and interprets technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and any other type of technical documentation./span/li lispanUses rigging and welding equipment incidental to the performance of the craft./span/li lispanMaintains a high standard of housekeeping and observes all safety procedures./span/li lispanFollows good engineering practices to maintain a high level of quality workmanship./span/li lispanPerforms related work on high voltage switchgear and distribution systems./span/li lispanPlan detail of working procedure to determine material replacement needs and selects logical approach to "troubleshooting" and repair problems. Answers trouble calls./span/li lispanMake sketches of parts and layouts. Design, and constructs adaptations and conversions of component parts./span/li lispanLubricates equipment in accordance with standard instructions./span/li lispanCheck oil levels with gauges provided on equipment and prepares lubrication reports.
