They are responsible for the evaluations and treatment plans for the new clients being added to their caseloads as well as the development and maintenance of client’s currently on their caseload. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is also responsible for maintaining communication with their clients parents to discuss progress and treatment plans./p pstrongEssential Functions:/strong/p ul liDiscuss provision of family therapy services for parents of children with verbal communication skills able to engage in talk therapy age 3+ and provision of individual sessions age 5-6+ pending clinical evaluation/li liPerform initial evaluations of client needs/li liConduct behavioral observations, implement long-term and short-term interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans/li liProvide detailed documentation and records of evaluations and treatments/li liAddress issues such as depression, bullying, various mental health issues and learning difficulties in children by providing appropriate psychological intervention/li liAdjust communication patterns to the age and level of understanding of the child.
