Part Time Direct Care Staff

p /p p- The program requires 24 hour staffing.br /- Ensure all security procedures, as outlined in the Operations Manual, are followed in full to provide a safe, secure and healthy environment for clients and staff.br /- Closely monitor all clients in all phases of their daily activities and during their night routine and to make sure that all rules and regulations of the program are followed both on and off the unit.br /- Supervise activities during free time for clients (games, discussions, etc.).br /- Conduct thorough check in procedures, including careful storage and labeling of clients’ belongings and valuables.br /- Complete all paperwork and documentation as needed.br /- Prevent crisis situations from escalating.br /- Attend and participate in all required program meetings and professional trainings.br /- Maintain required certifications required to be MAP certified within six months of start date.br /- Report any suspected child abuse to the Supervisor on duty or clinical.br /- Supervise, prepare and assist in meal preparation and laundry chores.br /- Be punctual in attendance and follow the program’s policies and procedures.br /- Work as part of a team with co-workers.br /- Follow dress code policy./p
