It is the goal of everyone here at C-A-L Ranch Stores to seek continual improvement in all that we do./p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liGreet customers on the sales floor in a friendly and enthusiastic manner and determine the make, type, and quality of merchandise desired./li liDisplay merchandise, suggest selections that meet customer needs and emphasize selling points of our products such as quality and utility./li liKeep shelves stocked, merchandised, tagged, and signed with appropriate pricing./li liHelp at cash wrap or in other departments when needed./li liOffer and sell promotional items and our C-A-L Ranch credit card./li liMaintains a clean, neat, and organized work area./li liRegular and predictable attendance is required./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liC-A-L Ranch Stores sells a variety of items, of various sizes and weights. Sales Floor Associates are required to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally engaging in assisted lifting over 50 pounds.
