From patient advocacy to therapeutic interventions, this position will offer you dynamic engagements in your daily work functions.p/ppbResponsibilities/b/pullipYou will provide person-centered counseling, advocacy and case management for patients/p/lilipYou will develop treatment plans which clearly identify the patient’s voice, treatment strategies, and specific outcome measures/p/lilipYou will meet agency documentation standards/p/lilipYou will meet authorization requirements of contracts/p/lilipYou will strategically tailor effective clinical/case management services to meet diverse patient needs/p/li/ulp/ppbRequirements/b/pullipBachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field required; Master#39;s degree preferred/p/liliMust be eligible and apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor within 30 days and obtain within 90 days of placement in job, unless a higher credential is held/lilispanCurrent Washington state driver’s license or o/spanbtained within 30-days of relocating to Washington/lilipPrevious experience providing mental health counseling services preferred/p/lilipDepending on assigned area, proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state may be required/p/lilipDepending on assigned area, BLS may be required/p/li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bPay and Benefit Expectations/b/pWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $28.13 - $40.49 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
