Participates in establishing and ensures achievement of the organization's strategic objective and leads strategic efforts of assigned areas. Provides functional expertise essential to support department directors and managers and/or executive team. Oversees budget for assigned areas. Directs standards of practice and process improvement activities. Oversees staffing matrices and possesses authority to hire, conduct performance evaluations, and discipline employees. Directs policy and procedure formation for guiding and supporting the provisions of the service./span/span/span/p p class="MsoNormal"spanspanspan/span/span/span/p p class="MsoNormal"spanspanspanspan#LI-JS1/span/span/span/span/pbr pspanstrongRequired Experience/Specialized Skills:/strong/span/p ul lispanBachelor's degree./span/li lispan5 years of progressively responsible experience management and or/leadership roles. /span/li lispanA minimum of three years of lean management engineering experience. /span/li lispanA comprehensive understanding of lean management tools and transformation, management engineering, process redesign, change management and/or continuous quality improvement related methodology and tools. /span/li lispanExperience leading and facilitating work teams, with superior facilitation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. /span/li lispanDemonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis. /span/li lispanProficiency with: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.strong/strong/span/li /ul pspanstrongPreferred Experience/Education/Course(s)/Training/Specialized Skills:/strong/span/p ul lispanMaster's degree./span/li lispanExperience within a multi-facility health care system./span/li lispanAssociation for Manufacturing Excellent, American Society for Quality or equivalent Certification./span/li /ul
