h2About the Bartender Position/h2 pWe’re seeking a highly-skilled, friendly, and enthusiastic Bartender to join our staff! As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for welcoming customers, making food and drink recommendations, and preparing a variety of drinks for the bar’s patrons.nbsp;/p pIn addition to these practical skills, a Bartender needs to have a strong knowledge of mixed drinks, beer, and wine to best serve our customers./p h2Bartender Responsibilities/h2 ulliGreet bar patrons as they enter the establishment/liliMake food and beverage recommendations based on customer preferences, informing customers of any specials/liliTake food and beverage orders/liliCheck identification to ensure customers are legally able to purchase alcohol/liliPrepare and serve drink orders to customers in a timely manner/liliKeep track of inventory to ensure both bar and tables are appropriately stocked/liliAdhere to food and safety regulations at all times/liliSet up and monitor customer tabs/li/ul h2Bartender Requirements/h2 ulliHigh school diploma/liliPrevious experience as a Bartender preferred/liliRequired Alcohol Server Training, if required by local and/or state laws/liliSuperb knowledge of mixed drinks, beer, and wine/liliAn engaging personality and appropriate appearance/liliOpen availability for nights and weekends/liliExcellent customer service skills/liliStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills/liliBasic math skills/liliAbility to be on your feet and lift 25+ pounds/li/ul
