Lists all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as discharge/follow-up instructions and prescriptions, as indicated by the provider. /liliMay transcribes patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests and medications. Completes patient#39;s charts by transcribing results of any labs, x-rays, or other evaluations.
