Your role will be essential in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our visitors./p pAs a Front Desk Agent at Denali Crows Nest Cabins, you will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering phone calls, handling reservations, and providing information about the property and surrounding area. You will also assist with any guest needs or requests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay./p pstrongDuties:/strong/p ul liGreet guests upon arrival and check them in with a friendly and professional demeanor/li liProcess guest check-outs and handle payments accurately/li liAnswer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding reservations, cabin amenities, and local attractions/li liAssist guests with requests, including providing directions, recommendations, and resolving issues/li liMaintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all guest information is accurate and up-to-date/li liProcess reservations and cancellations using our booking software/li liMonitor and manage room availability and update booking records/li liProvide guests with information about property policies, services, and amenities/li liAccommodate the purchase of items in the lobby (including snacks and alcohol)/li liHandle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism/li liAssist with coordinating special requests, such as extra amenities or transportation needs/li liEnsure the lobby and front desk area remain clean and inviting/li liCollaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met/li liSupport other team members as needed to ensure a smooth operation/li liDrop off and pick up guests to and from the train station and local restaurants/li /ul pstrongRequirements:/strong/p ul liPrevious customer service or hospitality experience preferred/li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills/li liAbility to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment/li liBasic computer skills and ability to use booking software (training provided)/li liProfessional appearance and demeanor/li liAbility to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude/li liFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays/li /ul pstrongRequired Certifications:/strong/p ul liMust have a valid drivers license/li liTAPs Certification/li liMust be eligible to work in the United States/li /ul pstrongBenefits:/strong/p ul liHousing available/li liEnd of Season Bonus based on Performance/li liEmployee Discount/li liTransportation Discount to work location/li liEmployee engagement activities/li liAbility to work and live in one of the most beautiful places in Alaska!/li /ul pstrongAAP/EEO Statement/strong/p pNorthern Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
