They will have a direct focus on serving our members at the highest level as well as retention of members through great customer service. All staff must strive to work cooperatively with fellow employees to achieve the goals and objectives of the YMCA. They must also understand location safety and risk management procedures./ppbr//ppstrongPRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/strong (not a complete list):/polliInterpret and administer all policies established by the YMCA, to all members, participants, employees, etc.nbsp;/liliProject YMCA image by personal adherence to all policies/liliReceipt money, make daily deposits, open amp; close shifts in membership software./liliRun reports as requested /needed./liliDeal with emergency situations as they arise using all proper, trained skills/liliDeal with upset members in a respectful, understanding manner/liliAccurate amp; timely reporting of all requested record keeping/liliResponsible for maintaining a safe environment in all member areas, including common area, locker rooms, etc./liliTake a leadership role in any emergency that takes place in the building./liliInterpret and enforce membership rules amp; policies to ensure the safety of all members, guests, employees, etc./li/olpRequirements/ppstrongRequired:/strong/pulli18 years of age/liliExcellent skills in customer service and interactions with others/liliExperience working with various computer software programs./liliStrong data entry skills/liliCurrent CPR/AED/First Aid/O2 Certification.nbsp;/li/ulpstrongPreferred:/strong/pulliExperience in a customer service setting/liliHigh School Graduate or equivalent/liliBilingual - English/Spanish/li/ul
