In-Line Inspector - Full-time

pWe are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Inline Inspector to join our growing team! This role is responsible for performing quality checks throughout the assembly process, conducting final inspections, and ensuring products meet company standards before shipping. The Inline Inspector helps identify problems early, maintains accurate records, and supports continuous improvement efforts.brbr This position supports a manufacturing plant with approximately 200 employees and is part of a $7.2 billion global manufacturer./pEssential Job Functions ul liPerform inline inspection checks during the production process to ensure procedures are being followed correctly./li liConduct final inspection checks on completed Switchgear products and document results before shipping./li liAccurately record and maintain inspection data for quality reporting and compliance./li liGather and analyze data to support continuous improvement activities within the department./li liCommunicate timely and effectively with team members and management about any quality issues or concerns./li liParticipate in team efforts to improve the quality and performance of Switchgear products./li liAssist in identifying recurring issues and contribute ideas to solve problems and improve processes./li liPerform other related duties as assigned to support the quality and production teams./li /ulQualifications ul liHigh School Diploma or GED required./li liPrevious experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment preferred./li liStrong attention to detail with the ability to detect and document product issues./li liGood communication skills and the ability to work with different teams./li liBasic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records./li liWillingness to learn and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives./li /ulPhysical / ADA Requirements ul liAbility to stand for extended periods of time during shifts./li liAble to lift and move up to 30 lbs. as needed./li liFrequent bending, reaching, and movement required for inspections./li liMay be required to use visual aids, tools, and measuring devices for inspections./li /ul div style="border-bottom:1.5pt solid windowtext; border-left-style:none; border-right-style:none; border-top-style:none; mso-element:para-border-div; padding:0in 0in 7.0pt" pspanAt Vertiv, we offer the stability of a global leader in a growing industry iandnbsp;/ithe opportunity of a startup.
