It also requires the Host to interact with, entertain, and provide best in class service and hospitality to every Ojos Locos guest./p h1 style="color: #000000;"spanEssential Duties and Responsibilities/span/h1 ul li style="color: #000000;"Adhering to all Image Costume guidelines/li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of special catch and soups./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Takes names on a waiting list./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Runs the floor plan board./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Fills to-go orders, if applicable./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently./li li style="text-align: justify; color: #000000;"Performs other duties as directed./li /ul
