Poythress, 216 Georgia Appeals 834 (1995)]brnbsp;/divdivstrongEssential Duties:/strong/divdivulliTake direction from Grounds Crew Lead and accurately complete all assigned work in a timely manner./liliPromote good relations and display a positive image with customers, the public, and peers./liliComplete and submit all paperwork as required./liliMaintain the proper parts inventory on the district vehicle to meet the majority of assigned maintenance work requests./liliTake proper care of, and maintain, district vehicles, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the responsibilities of the position, as well as to ensure maximum usage./liliPlan, stage, and complete the cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and installation of all types of equipment assigned to the trade./liliInitiate and complete assigned projects in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner./liliImmediately report any issues that may have an impact on school or employee safety./liliPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned./li/uldivstrongQualifications:/strong/divdivulliMust be regularly, predictably, and reliably at work./liliAbility to be present at the physical worksite./liliMust perform tasks involving prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and sitting./liliMust perform routine physical activities such as bending and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds, and negotiating stairs and ladders./liliVision, hearing, written, and verbal communications are essential factors in performing required tasks./li/ul/div/div
