As a part of the program, you will have the opportunity to work on business specific projects where you will gain knowledge and experience to supplement and strengthen your academic skills.nbsp;/span/p pspanThe IPL management team is looking for an intern to support in the successful delivery of the Underwriting Authority Re-Statement project, with tasks that include but are not limited to:nbsp;/span/p ul lispanPerform detailed analysis of the existing Underwriting Authority levels across the organization and through various dimensions and criteria./span/li lispanOrganize business requirements and collaborate with the Systems team to incorporate, on a line-by-line basis, all updates that ensure compliance with the newly developed division-wide Authority statements./span/li lispanSupport the development and execution of communication strategies related to the updated Underwriting Authority protocols, including facilitating training sessions, creating reference materials, and addressing inquiries to ensure a smooth transition for underwriters across regions and countries./span/li /ul pspanThis in-office internship is planned to start in February 2025 through May 2025.nbsp;/span/ph3Qualifications/h3divpnbsp;/p ul lispanStudents pursuing a bachelor’s degree in many majors will be considerednbsp;/span/li lispanStrong GPA preferred (3.0 required)nbsp;/span/li lispanOral and written communication skillsnbsp;/span/li lispanLeadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, etc. preferrednbsp;/span/li lispanProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)/span/li lispanClear evidence of a high level of attention to detail/span/li lispanPassionate about seeking opportunities to contribute to the success of a global company./span/li lispanAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, while taking initiative and working independently/span/li /ul/divh2Company/h2divdiv Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
