Potentially rotate to a new task three times per shift with varying physical requirements for each task. Operator will be cross-trained in different areas./li liOperate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, following production orders./li liRegular, dependable attendance./li liComply with safety, quality, and production standards requirements./li /ul pnbsp;/p pEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:/p ul liManufacturing experience is preferred./li /ul pnbsp;/p pSKILLS AND TALENTS:/p ul liUse of hand tools and machinery is required. Perform all Productive Maintenance requirements per an established schedule and maintain good housekeeping./li liLearn and implement Lock Out/Tag Out and safety procedures to assure the safe operation of the equipment./li liResponsible for accuracy and quality. Inspection for quality will be part of the operator’s duties. Requires strong communication skills and the cognitive ability to learn the quality standards./li liPass the drug screen./li liWork in a team environment with the ability to communicate both written and orally, in a concise, polite, and respectful manner./li /ul pstrongPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:/strong/p ul liLift up to 80 lbs. at waist level on an occasional basis. Up to 40 lbs. at shoulder level and above head on an occasional basis when handling products. Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs. on an occasional basis/li liPush or pull with up to 80 lbs. of force on an occasional basis when moving products./li liDisplay average coordination with each hand on a continuous basis while performing job tasks./li liClimb ladder or machines on an occasional basis while performing job tasks./li liPerform elevated work on an occasional basis when handling products./li liStoop, kneel or squat on an occasional basis when handling products./li liReach forward and to the side on a frequent basis when handling products./li liStand and walk on a continuous basis during the course of each shift./li liThis job requires the use of close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision./li liAble to perform repetitive tasks up to 10 hours per day./li /ul
