Service Technician - Sprayer (Experienced) - Full-time

pDescription/ppIndependently performs complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer agricultural equipment, with a focus in Commercial Application Equipment repair. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager or ASP Complete Goods Rep./ppbr//ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliPerforms complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and established Ag/liliManagement Solutions (AMS) products, with a focus in Commercial Application Equipment/liliParticipates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge/liliReviews and explains any maintenance, repair, or other service concerns directly with the customer and documents on work order/liliMay promote and sell dealer service programs directly to customers/liliMaintains the condition of service vehicles, trailers, tools and equipment/liliMaintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion/liliFollows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments/liliAccounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties/liliMay perform pre-delivery set-up and inspection on new equipment/liliMaintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongExperience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:/strong/pulli3+ years of experience performing service repairs with a focus in Commercial Application Equipment/liliJohn Deere Master Service Technician preferred/liliOutstanding interpersonal and customer service skills/liliAbility to perform complex repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures/liliExpert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment/liliAbility to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions/liliAbility to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes/liliAbility to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly/liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred/liliValid driver’s license required/li/ulpbr//ppstrongPay Range: /strong$22.00 - $40.00 per hour.
