May include preparing condiments for the event./lilistrongService Delivery/strong: Provide prompt, efficient and personalized service. Ensure adherence to proper serving etiquette and presentation standards./lilistrongCustomer Interaction/strong: Interact professionally with guests, attending to their needs and inquiries promptly. Anticipate guest needs and requests while delivering prompt response to ensure a positive dining experience./lilistrongTeam Collaboration/strong: nbsp;Collaborate effectively with other banquet servers, bartenders, chefs, and event coordinators to ensure seamless execution of events. Work cohesively as part of a team to meet service standards and exceed guest expectations./lilistrongMaintain Cleanliness/strong: nbsp;Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, including dining tables, service stations, and back-of-house areas. Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices are followed in compliance with health and safety regulations. This includes personal appearance and hygiene as well./lilistrongProblem Solving/strong: nbsp;Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
