Additionally, you will interact and engage with our customers providing exceptional service, care and concern for their project while adhering to Guardian policy. The Gutter Technician will be responsible for installation and repairs of full gutter systems while working together with a team lead./ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/pulliWork in a 2-member crew to install and/or repair gutters and gutter covers to our high standards./liliAssure Customer Satisfaction by installation of all services correctly the first time. (retrofitting - no new construction)/liliContinue to improve your knowledge and craftsmanship through being open to ongoing training./liliRemain a dependable employee by being on time to work every day./liliHave the ability to give recommendations and upsell while you are performing work at a customer’s home./liliWilling to work evenings and weekends as necessary./li/ulpRequirements/ppbr//pulliMinimum 1 year of Gutter Installation experience/liliHigh School Diploma (or equivalent)/liliExperience working on roofs and handling power tools/liliAbility to climb ladders, lift up to 75 pounds, and drive for up to 2-hour increments/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/liliMust have valid driver’s license/liliAbility to pass a drug test, physical, and criminal background check (employment is contingent on passing these parameters)/li/ulpbr//ppstrongLOCATION AND SHIFT/strong/pulliYou will be expected to report daily to Guardian's headquarters in Wilsonville, OR and will be dispatched to varying jobsites throughout the Portland Metro area/liliMonday - Friday.
