pDescription/ppemuBakery Production Team Player’s Mission/u/em/ppEffectively carry out Prasek’s mission, work with, and carry out the tasks delegated by the Bakery Manager./ppemuPersonal Qualities/u/em/pp- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen to, communicate with and understand management, Team Players, and others/ppbr//ppemuEssential Functions/u/em/pp- Bake – make dough/pp- Practice good personal hygiene and sanitation procedures/pp- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the bakery (food preparation, storage and assembly)/pp- Perform closing and cleaning procedures as indicated on the Opening/Closing Checklist/pp- Ensure that all equipment, tubs and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized and stored/pp- Perform all job duties in a safe manner/pp- Operate equipment used in the bakery according to proper procedures and notify Management of needed equipment repairs/pp- Notify the Manager on duty of any unsafe conditions or safety violations/pp- Abide by all company policies and procedures as detailed in the Prasek’s Family Smokehouse Team Player Handbook and Operating Manuals/ppbr//pp#ZR/ppRequirements/ppemuEducation, Knowledge and Experience/u/em/pp- Basic knowledge of technologically based equipment/pp- Ability to understand and use all needed equipment and machinery/pp- Possess an overall knowledge of bakery and value added products, i.e., quality, ingredients, production processes, preparation methods, storage methods and uses/pp- Possess a knowledge of quality baked goods, safety, merchandising and marketing, and selling/ppbr//ppemuPhysical and Other Requirements/u/em/pp- Must be 18 years of age or older/pp- Must be able to lift and carry 60 pounds/pp- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side-to-side for an extended period of time/pp- Must be able to move safely around equipment and possess dexterity in hands and fingers/pp- As dictated by business and need, must be able to work extended hours and a varying work schedule/p
