pDescription/ppstrongSummary/strongbr/Assists lead Service Specialists engaged in installing, repairing, and servicing industrial, commercial, and residential environmental control systems./ppstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities/strong includes, but not limited to the following:/pulliCuts, punches, flanges, shears, and solders sheet metal ducts and parts./liliCuts threads and packs pipes./liliCements insulation in place over finished piping or tubing./liliPasses electrical wire through conduit, splices wire connections, and tapes wire./liliAssembles sheet metal components of prefabricated furnaces./liliReplaces exhausted or defective containers of refrigerant with new refrigerant./liliLubricates fans, motors, and control units./liliInstalls air and water filters in completed assembly./liliFurnishes worker with materials, tools, and supplies./liliCleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment./liliPerforms other routine duties./li/ulpCompetencies/ppBe able to successfully demonstrate industry knowledge and observe safety and security/ppRequirements/ppstrongQualifications/strong To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
