pstrongDepartment:      Game Day /strong/p pstrongSupervisor:         Manager, Operations/strong/p pstrongClassification:   Part-Time/Non-Exempt (Seasonal)/strong/p p /p pstrongSummary/Objective:/strong/p pThe job of the Guest Services Associate includes in-game promotional activities sign-up, lost found, general information to fans, Prize Wheel operation, game program sales, Kid Zone sales, receptionist responsibilities, and other duties assigned. This position is a seasonal position that includes nights and weekends during the Spring and Summer./p p /p pstrongEssential Functions Responsibilities:/strong/p pReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./p ul liAssisting fans with questions/li liCoordinating with in-game promotion personnel for fans to participate/li liManaging lost and found items by maintaining an accurate log/li liAssisting with lost and found children/li liCross training in the reception area/li liAssisting with giveaways and contests/li liAssist with the operation of Prize Wheel/li liReceiving money from and issuing tickets to fans to participate in the kid zone activities/li liProviding a correct accounting of the activity tickets and collected monies to the Finance office by end of each game/li liObtaining parent signature on permission/waiver slips/li /ul pstrong /strong/p pstrongQualifications/strong/p ul liProvide great customer service for the fan experience/li liAbility to work long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays/li liAbility to handle multiple tasks/li liAbility to stand for long periods of time/li liHave reliable transportation to and from work/li /ul pstrong                /strong/p pstrongWork Environment:/strongstrong /strong/p pThis job operates in a stadium setting. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.  This job will be expected to work indoor and outdoor in moderate weather conditions./p pstrong /strong/p pstrongPhysical Demands:/strongstrong /strong/p pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
