Payroll Administrator - Full-time

pstrongEssential Functions:/strong/p ul liProcesses payroll, payroll audits, and all employee profile changes including, but not limited to: transfers, promotions, demotions, wage changes, job changes, terminations, and new hires./li liAssists with accuracy and distribution of all W-2s./li liDemonstrates general knowledge of payroll labor laws for areas of responsibility./li liCompletes various reports such as, but not limited to Tip Report, BLS, and Multiple Worksite Reports./li liReconciles deductions and payments for Shoes for Crews program./li liProficient in HCM systems, UKG, Ahola./li liPositive, professional, and accurate written and verbal communication with employees and management at all levels./li liProvides assistance to auditors (internal and external) by providing reports and answering questions as needed./li liPerforms various tasks and projects as needed within the HR and Payroll department such as, but not limited to, direct deposit and voluntary insurance mailings to New Hires, and employment verifications./li li /li /ul pstrongRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:/strong/p ul li3+ years of payroll experience preferred./li liBA degree or equivalent experience preferred./li liPrevious multi-unit and multi-state payroll experience./li liAble to manage multiple tasks under limited supervision./li liExcellent written and verbal communication as well as strong interpersonal skills./li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite./li liCommunicate with all levels of staff and vendors daily./li liAbility to present in front of medium sized groups./li liSolid understanding of State and federal laws as they relate to the administration of company-sponsored benefit plans./li liThe pay range for this position is $24.00-$27.00 per hour. /li /ul
