pemCome grow with us, we have many opportunities from entry-level to experienced cooks/emem. Positions range from $15.50-$19.50 an hour./em/p pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liPrepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per dupe from servers./li liStart food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to prepare over estimated needs./li liDate all food containers and rotate as per the SOP, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures./li liCheck pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set up. Note any out of stock items or possible shortages. Assist in keeping buffet stocked./li liReturn all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas, being sure to cover and date all perishables./li liAssist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems, control food waste, loss, and usage per SOP./li liPerforms any other duties required or requested by Supervisor./li liAssist in prep work of vegetables and condiments as required for next shift./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liMinimum one-year food service or related work./li liHot Line grille and sauté, line cook experience/li liAbility to operate, maintain, and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill./li /ul pstrongProperty Description:/strong/p pStreamsongsup®/sup Resort was founded on a commitment to its surrounding resources.
