pThis position will collaborate closely with a dedicated Project Manager, reporting to the Sales Manager, and be responsible for the technical coordination of assigned projects. This includes fostering clear and consistent communication among all disciplines and project team members, including clients, architects, and vendors. This role offers the opportunity to further hone your expertise in estimating, scheduling, and design within our dynamic design-built construction process, leveraging the latest technologies and BIM methodologies.nbsp;/p

ul
liWriting of proposals, letters, memos, subcontracts, change orders, and other documents related to project execution./li
liManage and/or significantly contribute to the development, maintenance, and submission of critical project documents including: RFIs, Submittals, Procurement Logs, Shop Drawings, etc. under the Project Manager’s direction./li
liCoordination of and participation in regular meetings both internal and external (i.e. project kickoff meetings, BIM meetings, schedule meetings, etc.)./li
liEstimating tasks such as performing takeoffs, soliciting quotes from vendors and subcontractors, compiling complete bid estimates, and developing change order packages./li
liManagement of job progress and quality onsite as required, including leveraging your design and construction expertise in a hands-on capacity to solve emergent operational and installation challenges./li
liProvide interpretation of technical plans and specifications./li
liPurchasing processes including vendor and subcontractor buyout, procurement tracking, and delivery of purchased items./li
liProject financial management responsibilities such as installation tracking, labor forecasting, invoice review, billing development, etc./li
liJob closeout efforts such as submission of Oamp;Ms, Commissioning, As-Builts, Warranty processing, etc.nbsp;/li
liCollaborate with the Project Management team to keep them informed on all issues affecting project timeline and budget.nbsp; Escalate potential problems to the Project Manager to help drive solutions to complete resolution./li
liUtilize ACCO standard Engineering technologies, provide technical support for the construction effort including participating in the planning and design, interpretation of the design, value engineering and alternate solution reviews, etc./li
liDevelop and maintain viable relationships with our partners outside of ACCO including customers, prime contractors, trade partners, subcontractors, and suppliers./li
liFoster a strong relationship with ACCO’s internal departments (i.e. Construction, Fabrication Shops, Engineering, Accounting, Purchasing, Legal, etc.)/li
liOther tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor and/or upper management./li

liBS in Engineering; Construction Management, or related field. Mechanical and/or related engineering concentration strongly preferred./li
liExperience andnbsp; Career Progression: Progression from Project Engineer I to Project Engineer II, III, or a Senior role is based on performance, experience, and demonstrated leadership potential./li
liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)/li
liExperience preferred in Business Systems Software (JDE, IFS, BidTracer, FastEst, Bluebeam, Box, Smartsheet, etc.)/li

pThis is a non-exempt position, Monday through Friday. Work hours begin and end between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm, with a one-hour break for lunch and two breaks. Eight hours per day are required, and occasional overtime may be necessary for business needs./p

pBased on business needs to and from the primary office to regional branch offices amp; job sites. Varying work in varying locations./p
pstrongCompetitive Wages:/strong/p
p$38.47 to $57.70 per hour.
