These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ph2ubJOB DESCRIPTION/b/u/h2pFox Television Stations is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Billing Operations Coordinator to join the Corporate Accounting hub.  This role will support multiple stations across multiple television markets.  The Billing Operations Coordinator reports to the Billing Operations Manager./pp/ppbuRESPONSIBILITIES:/u/b/pullipCollaborate with Sales, Operations, Traffic and Credit amp; Collections/p/lilipPrepare daily linear and digital log reconciliations to verify the accuracy of billed spots against scheduled programming/p/lilipIdentify and investigate discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Traffic, Operations) to correct and finalize logs/p/lilipTransmit and execute electronic Wide Orbit billing processes/p/lilipManage manual co-op and special handling billing in Wide Orbit/p/lilipRoute customer billing inquiries for resolutions/p/lilipReceive and process incoming customer checks and wires/p/lilipApply customer payments to outstanding invoices and reconcile payment records with bank deposits/p/lilipAdditional duties as assigned/p/li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp/ppbuREQUIREMENTS:/u/b/pullipBachelor’s degree:  Accounting or Finance preferred/p/lilip2#43; years of relevant job experience/p/lilipStrong analytical skills and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles/p/lilipSuperior attention to detail and accuracy/p/lilipStrong work ethic and team player attitude/p/lilipAbility to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities/p/lilipProficiency using the Wide Orbit billing system/p/li/ulp/ppiWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
