Greet every guest to welcome them to our restaurant!/li liSupport and assist fellow team members whenever possible./li liMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to Chicken Salad Chick (CSC) standards./li liMonitor quality, safety and appearance of all products and ingredients./li liComplete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with CSC standards./li liRestock work area before leaving shift./li liAdhere to Company uniform and grooming standards./li liAttend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement./li liReport problems (faulty equipment, product shortages, etc.) to supervisor promptly./li liComplete other related duties as assigned by supervisor./li liReports to General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Lead./li liEnsure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to company procedures during shift./li liEnsure that hours of operation for the restaurant are maintained during their shift./li liEnsure compliance with established safety and sanitation procedures and all Federal, State, and local regulations during shift./li /ul pstrongCashier/Service Responsibilities/strong/p ul liAlways adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming./li liMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work area./li liBe a team player—support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible./li liMaintain cleanliness/sanitation standards./li liGreet Guests, take food/beverage orders, expediting orders, assist with dining room service./li liProperly operate POS system for taking all types of Guest orders./li liResponsible for properly charging Guests and for collecting payment for orders; cash, credit or debit card transactions./li liAnswer phone properly with knowledge to assist Guest with questions/information and take phone orders./li liInteract with Guests in a friendly and efficient manner./li liRestocks drink station and expo area, maintains restroom cleanliness, empties trash cans and helps to keep dining room and other Guest areas clean/li liMaintains proper product temperatures per standards./li liMaintains portion-control for products per standards./li liCleans equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion./li liKeeps floor in work or service area clean and free of debris./li liCompletes daily tasks timely and thoroughly in accordance with standards/li /ul pstrongLine Prep/Kitchen Production Responsibilities/strong/p ul liAlways adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming./li liCompletes duties on opening and closing prep and checklists./li liRefers to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties./li liPrepares a variety of food products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other items for cooking/serving to Guest according to CSC recipe and product standards./li liUnderstands and complies consistently with CSC standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures./li liPrepares all Guest orders with strict adherence to CSC standards for quality, portioning and appearance standards./li liPrepares all Guest orders adhering to CSC SOS goals./li liPrepares all food products in accordance with CSC portion sizes and recipe specifications./li liMaintains a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls, steamer, sandwich line, and refrigeration equipment./li liCloses the line kitchen properly, following the closing checklist for line kitchen and assists others in closing the kitchen./li liAttends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement./li liPromptly reports equipment and food quality problems to Management./li liInforms Management immediately of product shortages./li liUses our Standard Recipe Cards for preparing all products.
