We are currently recruiting for Foremen for our office in Benicia, CA office which serves the San Francisco market. Projects typically consist of concrete repair, masonry restoration, FRP, waterproofing, and structural strengthening in commercial and industrial settings./ppResponsibilities include but are not limited to:/pullipOn-site supervision of field crews while accurately estimating labor requirements/p/lilipDeveloping crew schedules and ensuring work has been completed according to plans and specifications/p/lilipCompleting daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and speed memos for customers and internal management/p/lilipEnsuring crews are operating tools and equipment in a safe, proper and productive manner/p/lilipAssisting Project Managers in evaluating various production rates related to the project/p/li/ulp/ppCandidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this exciting position based in our large Operations division:/pullip7#43; years of experience in general construction with at least 3 of those years in a Leadman or similar position/p/lilipPrevious experience running 1-2 projects simultaneously/p/lilipProven ability to supervise up to 2 field leaders with various crew sizes with minimal subcontract oversight/p/lilipDemonstrated ability to read, interpret and execute to construction drawings and contract specifications/p/lilipEstablished commitment to safety/p/lilipProven experience to produce look-ahead schedules and work with other construction documents as required by the project/p/lilipDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the customer, crew and project teams/p/lilipBasic computer skills and construction math skills/p/lilipPreference given to those with experience working with concrete restoration and FRP/p/li/ulp/ppbAs we are a union contractor, you will either need to be a union member or interested in participating in the union to be considered./b/pp/ppiWe anticipate this position paying between $40-62/hr based off trade and experience./i/pp/ppThe minimum requirements for this position include the ability to pass a standard MVR check and have reliable transportation. Record of previous safety training is preferred.
