Using materials such as water, cleaning agents, machinery, and other equipment. /p p /p pWork Environment and Expectations /p ul li pThis is a full-time in shop position.  /p /li /ul ul li pThe schedule is Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm.  /p /li /ul ul li pPay is $17 per hour.  /p /li /ul ul li pHaving a valid Class A or B CDL will increase the pay to $18 per hour.  /p /li /ul p /p pstrongBenefits /strong/p pEach eligible employee receives a competitive compensation package including:  /p ul li pMedical /p /li /ul ul li pDental /p /li /ul ul li pVision /p /li /ul ul li pLife Insurance /p /li /ul ul li pLong-Term Disability /p /li /ul ul li pCompany match on 401K  /p /li /ul ul li pPaid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Days. /p /li /ul p /p pstrongDuties and Responsibilities/strong /p ul li pCleaning the yard and shop area, sweeping and picking up trash. emptying trash containers. /p /li /ul ul li pKeeping washer fluid filled, and emptying trash containers in the yard and shop. /p /li /ul ul li pPerform light-duty maintenance as needed. /p /li /ul ul li pAssist in providing a safe work environment. /p /li /ul ul li pAssist in ordering supplies to maintain appropriate inventory.  /p /li /ul ul li pPressure washing trash bins and trucks amp; maintenance of Pressure Washer machinery.  /p /li /ul ul li pDriving a company vehicle to get parts as needed.  /p /li /ul ul li pCommunicate effectively with the Fleet Manager and other staff. /p /li /ul ul li pFollow all Standard Operating Procedures. /p /li /ul ul li pInform the Fleet Manager of equipment issues. /p /li /ul ul li pOther duties as may be assigned.  /p /li /ul p /ph4Qualifications/h4brp /p pstrongQualifications /strong/p ul li pMust possess a valid CA Driver’s License /p /li /ul ul li pA Commercial Driver’s License is a plus.  /p /li /ul ul li pEquivalent of a high school diploma or G.E.D. certification /p /li /ul ul li pAbility to pass a certified state of California’s forklift safety course. /p /li /ul ul li pFamiliarity with pressure washers and the ability to use them safely. /p /li /ul ul li pAbility to understand instructions in written and verbal English. /p /li /ul ul li pPossess the mobility to use ladders and forklift equipment. /p /li /ul ul li pOccasionally move furniture, equipment, and shop supplies.  /p /li /ul ul li pSit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and other physical requirements as necessary to complete the essential duties and responsibilities.
