Arcade Attendant

pArcade Attendants are responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. They greet guests, answer questions, assist with equipment, and supervise the facility to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed. In this position, you will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences on a daily basis. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable of our products with an engaging, upbeat personality./p pstrongDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ul liGreet guests entering the arcade/li liProcess various payment types with point-of-sale systems/li liStock and maintain inventory control /li liEnsure the safety of all guests and team members/li liInspect all areas and ensure they meet daily presentation and safety standards/li liEnsure expedient and quality customer service/li /ul pstrongREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:/strong/p ul liAt least 17 years old/li liWeekend availability required/li liCash-handling experience required/li liExcellent organizational and communication skills/li liRetail point-of-sale inventory systems preferred/li liAble to work with a team and be proactive when working alone/li liMust possess a valid driver's license/li liAble to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions/li /ul
