MVLE's mission is to create futures one person at a time through employment and support services./p pstrongYour Responsibilities Will Include:/strong/p ul liKeeping bathrooms, hallways, kitchens, and other facility areas clean at all times/li liPerforming routine cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming/li liHandling light maintenance and repair tasks as needed/li liMoving furniture and unpacking/stocking supplies in cafeterias and kitchenettes/li liSupervising janitorial staff and ensuring quality cleaning across three facilities/li liEnsuring safety and proper work procedures among staff/li liStepping in to perform custodial work when needed/li liMonitoring the quality of work and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly/li liCompleting any other related duties as assigned/li /ul pstrongYou Would Be a Great Fit If You:/strong/p ul liHave a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)/li liHave 2–4 years of janitorial experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role/li liAre proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and safety/li liHave a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)/li liBelieve in MVLE’s mission of supporting individuals with disabilities/li /ul pstrongCompensation/strong/p p$26.00 per hour/p pnbsp;/p pstrongEqual Opportunity Employer/strong/ph2Company/h2divbody bMission:/b To create futures one person at a time for people with disabilities and other barriers through employment and support services. br / br /MVLE is about working with purpose to employ and support individuals living with disabilities.
