pUnder the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations (AGMO), the Return Associate is responsible for facilitating returns sent to the store for processing and supporting the daily operations of our specialized work groups./p

liYou have strong interpersonal skills, and are customer service orientated/li
liHave the ability to lift cartons, handle racks and carts of merchandise. Lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required/li
liMust have knowledge of POS and strong computer skills, i.e. Google, MS Office, and adapt to changing technology/li
liAbility to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision/li

p buAs The Returns Associate, You Will:/u /b/p

liDaily functions including but not limited to following:
ul
liOpening/ Closing of digital return register/li
liMaintain a neat and organized environment/li
liFollow protocols on policy and procedures for; processing returns, adjustments, and assisting in reconciling reports/li
liEnsure product is secured to standard/li
liMaintain integrity of product, by ensuring all .com returns are separated, organized and secure./li
liResolve customer issues both internal and external/li
liMay also support other related Specialized Operations functions such as but no limited to: Cash Reconciliation, Gift Card Events, Jewelry Operations etc/li

liCollaboration between multi-work streams such as:

liEnsure when return is completed that the return printout is attached to each item/li
liCommunicate with Merchandise Operations Team, Asset Protection team Assistant General Manager of Operations/li

liCommunication:

liFollow up on necessary reporting, and escalates potential issues for resolution/li
liLiaison between clients and store/li
/ul

liAd hoc responsibilities as needed/li
