Sober Coach (all shifts)

pDescription/ppnbsp;/ppstrongGeneral Summary:/strong Assist clients with individual care./ppstrongEssential Job Functions:/strong/pp1. Complete and maintain accurate logs regarding the clients; progress, services/ppprovided, or other required information on day to day basis./pp2. Participate in case conferences or staff meetings./pp3. Review and evaluate clients; progress in relation to measurable goals described/ppin treatment and care plans./pp4. Conduct intake section with Clients, review records, and report to Program Director./pp5. Provide transportation and supervision of clients./pp6. May assist with on-call duties./pp7. May act as an escort for clients when needed./pp8. Conduct Urinary analysis test on clients and report accurate readings on test/ppresults to supervisor./pp9. Properly conducting property searches, and body scans to maintain safety of/ppclients and facility, report overall findings to supervisor./pp10.
