pDescription/ppustrongSUMMARY OF JOB:/strong/u The Assistant Manager provides immediate assistance to the Food Production Manager and Employees by providing products to all customers and maintaining a conducive work environment. To accomplish these tasks, the Assistant Manager works closely with the Food Production Manager, General Manager, Staff, Home Office Personnel, location Managers and customers. Remains flexible in daily routine and scheduling./liliSupport the mission statement of Trexcon./liliGives fast, friendly customer service./liliEnsure daily orders are imported, tracked, and built. To include contacting clients to ensure all orders have been received./liliAssist with interviewing and screening potential employees./liliAssigning and assisting in the execution of daily duties./liliCreate daily production lists, product prep and usage list, labels, as well as entering and editing orders.nbsp;/liliDevelop work schedules for the staff while maintaining total hours at or below the budget hours for CCEXP./liliOrganize training of new employees./liliRead and respond to email or intra-mail daily./liliOrder products from approved vendors and receive in products from approved vendors per our policy./liliEstablish communications with the Home Office Personnel to assist with procedural issues and Maintenance Department to assist with repairs./liliAttend management team meetings./liliMay require hours to be extended beyond scheduled hours to accommodate production.nbsp;/li/olpbr//ppustrongDAILY DUTIES:/strong/u/ppbr//polliAdhere to all recipes and preparation formulas./liliOperate all equipment according to manufactures regulations./liliuU/understand and adhere to all county and city Health and Safety policies regarding the proper handling of food./liliProper hand washing/liliProper glove usage/liliMaintain products within the proper food temperature zones/liliProper storage of all foods according to product type/liliDaily evaluation of products to remove outdated items/liliAccurately perform and record temperatures of products on the designated temperature logs at least once per day/liliProvide corrective actions for all products within the temperature danger zone/liliReporting self-illness or illness in the home./li/olp4. Process orders and prepare orders for delivery./pp5. Check in vendors using the current scanning process./pp6. Sweep amp; Mop floors./pp7. Empty kitchen trash containers and break down all boxes and take to the dumpster./pp8. Properly record all duty time./pp9.
